  • Issues with license activations are extremely rare, and Ninja On Deck is committed to resolving genuine activation problems.


2. Digital Services

  • Digital services such as micro creative or marketing tasks are custom work delivered with quick turnaround times.
  • No refunds are provided for digital services. However, Ninja On Deck may offer additional revisions or a partial refund at our discretion depending on the case as a rare exception.
  • Refunds will not be issued when requests are due to changes in requirements or personal preferences following delivery.


3. SaaS Subscriptions

  • SaaS products are billed on recurring subscription terms as specified per product.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period begins.
