2. Managed License & Auto-Updates Service Delivery

Service Description:
Ninja On Deck provides an ongoing Managed License & Auto-Updates Service. This includes the provision of an official plugin/theme license and management of automatic updates for the duration of your active service plan.

How It Works:
1️⃣ After purchase, select your preferred activation method:
     Option 1: Send us temporary WordPress admin login credentials.
     Option 2: Install the free Temporary Login Without Password plugin and provide us with the generated login link.
2️⃣ License activation is typically completed within 5‒10 minutes once we log in. You’ll receive a screenshot for confirmation.

License Reactivation or Transfer:
The first reactivation or transfer is free. Afterwards, it incurs a fee of $5 per request and is only available for active, unexpired service plans. Please contact us to arrange it.

User Consent for Access:
By providing your WordPress admin login credentials or temporary login link, you authorize Ninja On Deck to access your website for the purpose of installing, managing the license and auto-updates, as part of the service plan.


3. Digital Services Delivery

Digital services are fulfilled based on the information and assets you provide in your order. These include professional creative or marketing services, offered with quick turnaround times.


4. SaaS Subscriptions

Ninja On Deck offers software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, such as CRM tools and widgets, which are billed on recurring subscription terms as specified at purchase. Subscription renewal, cancellation policies, and usage terms are detailed on the product pages and apply at the time of sale.
