2. License Activation Service Delivery

How It Works:
1️⃣ After purchase, select your preferred activation method:
     Option 1: Provide your WordPress admin login credentials; it is recommended to change your password after activation.
     Option 2: Install the free Temporary Login Without Password plugin and provide us with a temporary login link.
2️⃣ Plugin license activation is typically completed within 5‒10 minutes once we log in. You will receive a screenshot as confirmation after activation is completed and our session ends.

Transferable License:
Licenses can be transferred to another website for a fee of $8 per transfer. Transfer requests are accepted only for active licenses that have not expired. Please contact us to arrange the transfer.

User Consent for Temporary Access:
By providing your WordPress admin login credentials or temporary login link, you authorize Ninja On Deck to access your website exclusively for the purpose of activating your plugin license. You acknowledge and consent that this access is temporary and limited to the activation process only. Ninja On Deck will log out of your site immediately upon completing the activation. It is your responsibility to delete or disable any temporary access credentials after our session ends.


3. Digital Services Delivery

Digital services are fulfilled based on the information and assets you provide in your order. These include professional creative or marketing services, offered with quick turnaround times.


4. SaaS Subscriptions

Ninja On Deck offers software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, such as CRM tools and widgets, which are billed on recurring subscription terms as specified at purchase. Subscription renewal, cancellation policies, and usage terms are detailed on the product pages and apply at the time of sale.
